Appeals Re-Sits 

APPEALS

Students are currently entitled to appeal on two grounds:

1. If they feel there has been an administrative error in the submission or reporting of their results. If you feel this applies to you, please click here to download a Clerical Error Check form.
2. If they feel that Lea Valley Academy has acted with discrimination or bias towards a student. If feel this applies to you please click here to download a Bias or Discrimination Appeals form.

RE-SITS

Students are able to re-sit any qualification they were entered for in the summer in November 2020. If students did not achieve at least a grade 4 in English Language or Mathematics they will sit these re-sits at their College or Sixth Form, but all other examinations will take place at Lea Valley Academy.

The cost of re-sitting qualifications will be paid for by Lea Valley Academy. However, if students do not attend examination(s), they will be charged the entry fee.
